The F.L.O.W. mentor program prepares children ages 5-18 years for the next level. It incorporates college preparatory and character-building skills, such as Self-Empowerment, Critical Thinking, Cultural & Diversity training, Volunteerism, Conflict Resolution, Anger Management, Goal Setting, Budgeting, Financial Literacy, and Crime Intervention.
